Set to take place at the<strong> Florence Gould Hall Theater, on Thursday, October 27, 2011</strong>,  this exclusive industry event will kick off with an inside look at the  future of non-linear editing technology with EditShare co-founders, Andy  Liebman and James Richings. The evening’s guest MC, NYC filmmaker and  founder of Manhattan Edit Workshop Josh Apter, will then lead the  audience through an tour of Tariq’s life and work as editor on some of  the most influential films of our time including Oscar-winning  masterpieces, <em>The King’s Speech</em> and <em>American Beauty</em>.</p>
<p>Guests will have an opportunity to network with industry professional following the presentations.</p>

An exclusive event for the NYC filmmaking community, “From the Cutting Room: Tariq Anwar” will be held at <strong>the </strong><strong>Florence Gould Hall Theater, French Alliance NY, 55 East 59th Street</strong>,  in New York City from 6:30pm to 9:30pm. Registration is required as  seating is limited. Seating will be on a first come first served basis.</p>
